Saturday 29 May 2010 - Summer Fashion On The Move At The Dolphin Shopping Centre

The Dolphin Shopping Centre will help visitors step into summer with confidence on Saturday, May 29, with its unique styling event. Fashion on the Move promises to give an insight into the season's hottest trends, with collections from over 20 stores and expert advice on how to effortlessly update your summer wardrobe.
Fun florals are the way forward this season, with an array of colours and options. From maxi dresses and blouses, to bold prints for the men and boys, while frilled dresses flattering for all shapes and elegant soft tailoring are also firm favourites.
Animal, Beales, Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Freespirit, London Menswear, Millets, New Fashions, Next, Oswald Bailey, Primark, the Bag Shop, Top Shop and Waves have joined forces for this year's event, presenting an unrivalled selection of fashion for men, women and children.
Shoppers can get a close-up view of the latest collections while listening to top tips from a professional stylist in the interactive 30-minute Fashion on the Move performances taking place on three platforms throughout the malls at 11am, 12pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm and 4.30pm.
Lynda Sutton, Next Store Manager, said: “I think the Dolphin Shopping Centre's Fashion on the Move concept is really refreshing. The 2009 event brought a lot of people into the centre and they were able to see how styles could work for them before heading into the stores.
“This year we'll be showing a good selection of our men's, women's and children's ranges and if you're still short on inspiration you can try our free personal shopper service.”
Building on the success of the first Fashion on the Move event, pampering and food sampling pods will also feature along the mall. Free beauty tips and trials will be available courtesy of Beales, the Body Shop, Boots and Trouble Cosmetics, while Beales and Millies will be providing some tasty treats.

We've built on the positive feedback received last year to try and offer a more interactive styling event.
