If you're a complete wine novice and would love to find out more about it then join us at our Introduction to Wine event. Learn the basics about wine production, understand the differing labels and of course learn how to serve and taste wine in a relaxed and informal setting with Chef Sommelier Chad Christian. Friday 9 March 2012 - Twin Sails Bridge Official Opening Ceremony

In the evening (from approx 7pm onwards) there will be a firework evening on Poole Quay with live music, street entertainment and a firework finale at 9pm.
