Upton Community Centre, Poole Road, Upton, Dorset, BH16 5AJ
LADS (Luca Amateur Dramatics Society) is a local amateur dramatics group who put on a community pantomime every year to raise funds for LUCA (Lytchet and Upton Community Association) who run the Upton Community Centre (Poole Road, Upton, Dorset, BH16 5AJ) where the production takes place.
This years pantomime Santa Claus (the true story), takes place from Wednesday 17 th Feb. till Saturday 20 th Feb. at 7.30pm with a extra matinee on the Saturday at 2.30pm. Tickets are on sale locally in Upton at, Upton Home Hardware and Parks News. Tickets can also be booked by contacting Jo on 01202 666653.

Friday 26 February - Saturday 27 February 2010 - Sunseeker Rallye
The traditional curtain-raiser to Britain's National rallying calendar, Rallye Sunseeker, will have a fresh new look when it is staged on Friday 26th and Saturday 27th February 2010. Key changes to the format include a Ceremonial Start on Poole Quay on Friday evening with a Civic Welcome Reception, Competitor Briefing and Group Photocall. Friday evening promises an electric atmosphere in the bars and restaurants along the picturesque quayside, as the entire field gathers to kick off the 2010 MSA Gravel Rally Championship in style.

Take a cruise around one of the world's largest natural harbours and marvel at the huge winter colony of avocets - handsome waders that love to feed in the muddy shallows. Treat your eyes and ears to the sites and sounds of thousands of shelducks, black-tailed godwits and red-breasted mergansers, and get fantastic views of great crested grebes, little egrets, oystercatchers and many other species that live in the harbour. Expert commentary is provided by a friendly onboard RSPB guide.
Cruises leave from the yellow kiosk on Poole Quay.
