Situated within a short distance from the salubrious Sand Banks peninsular, in the heart of the Jurassic Coast line, between Bournemouth and Poole. We are an Ideal location to explore the finest Blue Flag beaches, shopping & sightseeing experiences. There's plenty to do and see, including Sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, fishing, swimming, golfing, walking, bird watching or just relaxing and enjoying the fantastic scenery and world renown white sandy beaches.

Bees Knees is extremely accessible by all modes of transport and an ideal place to stop over for people using Condor Ferries or Bournemouth International Airport to destinations in Europe. (If travelling via public transport. You can reach us by British Rail or National Express coaches. Travel by vehicle is easy too; we are within easy access to the M27, M3 and M25 motorways.

Here at Bees Knees Licensed Guest House we like to offer our guests a little bit more than the ordinary Guest House/B & B experience. All rooms come with above average room facilities and are fully En-suite. Guest parking is available.

When weather permits we encourage our guest to make full use of the garden, where you can enjoy a peaceful afternoon sunbathing or reading on our sun terrace which is blessed with day long sunshine.

Sadly we can not take children under the age of 18, or pets (except guide dogs) as we have very limited disabled access due to the location of the bedrooms being on the first floor, and lack of facilities to cater for the needs of children.

We do have two cats, Ollie & Mr Kipps, who are not allowed access to the guest rooms, but you may find them in a quiet corner in the guest lounge or in the garden.

Bees Knees Licensed Guest House operates a no smoking policy throughout the whole property.

 

ACCOMODATION

Bedroom 1 at Bees Knees Guest HouseSituated on the ground floor is the Guest Lounge area. Comfortably furnished and decorated. We encourage our guests to feel free to make full use of this facility. Guests are invited to enjoy an aperitif before dining and retire to the lounge for coffee and liqueurs. You can watch television, read or in the winter months simply relax in front of A roaring log fire.

The Guest Dining room is just off the lounge area in the conservatory.
